About Donald J. Buecker
Buecker Enterprises, Inc. (BEI) provides expertise in the areas of "Physician Recruitment and Placement", as well as the obtainment of J-1 Visa Waivers. Our organization almost exclusively works with Physicians whom are training in the USA on J-1 Visas. Our President, Mr. Don Buecker, has over seventeen years of experience working on J-1 Visa Waivers and Physician Placement. From 1990 through the year 2000 he was with the University of Kentucky-College of Medicine as the Director of the UK-Medical Professions Placement Service. During his tenure there he was appointed by three Governors of Kentucky to the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) as the Governor's Designated Representative to the ARC for the J-1 Visa Waiver Program. He was on the founding committee that set up the ARC J-1 Visa Waiver guidelines. He served in this capacity for ten years. Then in 1994, when the Conrad Act was passed, he essentially wrote the guidelines for the "Kentucky State 20 Program, which is now the KY State 30 Program. And this program still operates today under the same basic guidelines developed by Mr. Buecker in 1994.
In 2000 Mr. Buecker began Buecker Enterprise, Inc. (BEI), which is a consulting firm that works with hospitals, clinics, and private practices, predominantly throughout Southeast and Midwest in states such as Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, and Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and more.
Since 1990 until present, Mr. Buecker has been involved in over 600 combinations of Physician Placements and J-1 Visa Waivers.
